- 1½ blocks (12 oz) Cream cheese room temperature
- ½ cup Unsalted Butter 1 stick
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1-2 tablespoons Heavy cream Optional (for softer texture)
