A wonderful combination of cinnamon and s'mores layered with a sweet cheesecake cream topped with fresh fruit will have you falling in love with this dish.

  • Add HONEY MAID® cinnamon-flavored in a food processor. Blend or pulse it for 1 minute until it becomes finely ground. 
  • In a bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until softened.
  • Add in the heavy cream and blend until cream just reaches a peak. 
  • Fold in the HONEY MAID® s’mores flavored cereal. 
  • Begin layering a trifle bowl or your favorite Pyrex by adding crumbled HONEY MAID® cinnamon flavored cereal, then the whipped cream. 
  • Keep layering, then garnish with more cereal of choice and sliced strawberries.
  • Enjoy right away or after chilling in the refrigerator for one hour. 

Notes

  • Chill the Bowl and Cream: For the fluffiest whipped cream, place your mixing bowl and cream in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before whipping.
  • Sweetness Balance: Adjust the powdered sugar in the cream to taste if you prefer a lighter sweetness, this will be perfect for those who want more of the cheesecake’s tangy flavor. For extra sweetness, drizzle some chocolate on top of the fruits to please your sugar craving.
  • Layer with Care: To achieve beautiful, distinct layers, use a spoon to add each one gently into the trifle dish, taking care not to mix the layers. Use a piping bag for the cheesecake cream to create a smooth, even layer.
  • Elegant Swirl Topping: To give your cheesecake trifle a nice look, try piping the cream on top in a decorative swirl. This simple touch adds a beautiful finish that will wow your guests.
  • Make Ahead: For an easy-to-assemble yet fresh dessert, prepare each layer separately and store it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. Just before serving, layer the ingredients in the trifle dish to keep the textures at their best; perfectly creamy and crunchy!
