Tips for a Creamy Dairy-Free Alfredo Sauce
Allow your creamy pasta sauce to properly simmer before you take it off the heat. This is essential especially if you are working with almond or cashew milk.
Feel free to add additional flavors to your dairy-free alfredo sauce recipe. Some recipes suggest dropping a pinch of nutmeg for an extra kick.
Use a silicon whisk on your non-stick pan. You really don't want to ruin a perfectly good kitchen utensil.
