Notes

Prep Ahead: Slice the onions and bell peppers in advance to streamline the cooking process. You can also marinate the beef with the spice mix and oil ahead of time for even more flavor.
Even Cooking: Spread the beef and veggies out in a single layer on the sheet pan to ensure they cook evenly. Overcrowding the pan can lead to steaming instead of roasting, resulting in soggy fajitas.
Broil for Char: For an extra charred flavor and a touch of crispiness, broil the fajitas for 2-3 minutes after baking. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Customize Toppings: Get creative with toppings! Try adding sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, or a squeeze of lime juice for extra freshness and flavor.
Double Up: Make a double batch and freeze the leftovers for a quick and convenient meal later on. Simply reheat in the oven or microwave for a fuss-free dinner option.
Tortilla Options: Mix things up by using different types of tortillas, such as whole wheat, corn, or spinach. You can also opt for lettuce wraps or cauliflower rice for a low-carb alternative.
