Ingredients

  • 4 gyro meat slices
  • 2 flatbread pizza small
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Kalamata olives sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoon red onion
  • 2 tablespoon cherry tomatoes diced,sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoon cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  • Firstly, preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • Secondly, brush olive oil on the store-bought pizza crust or flatbread.
  • Thirdly, layer the pizza. Start by cutting the gyro meat into slices, or use scissors to cut, then top the pizza. Continue on with red onions, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
  • After that, bake for about 8–10 minutes.
  • Furthermore, once you remove the pizza from the oven, drizzle tzatziki sauce all over the pizza, then garnish with the sliced Kalamata olives and diced cucumber.
  • Finally, enjoy as is or slice and serve.

Notes

Allow everyone to assemble their own flatbread pizza with their preferred toppings by setting up a flatbread buffet.
Allow the tzatziki sauce to rest in the refrigerator for at least one hour. This is a critical step that you shouldn't ignore since it allows the flavors to combine.
Take care not to overload the pizza with delectable garnishes. Too many toppings will make the base of the pizza crust mushy.
