Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3-4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Put the mayo, minced garlic, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Whisk and mix to get a creamy smooth texture.

Notes

#1: You can prepare this aioli sauce and store it in an airtight container like a mason jar. Keep it in the freezer for 2-3 days.
#2: Add some lemon zest to your aioli sauce to get an invigorating scent. 
#3: Control the amount of garlic in your sauce. Add an extra clove for an extra garlicky flavor. 
#4: A good idea is to roast garlic in olive oil before adding them to the sauce. In this case, the flavor of garlic cloves will be less garlicky, and a bit sweeter than raw garlic.
