Ingredients

  • 6 Lemons (1 with peel on)
  • 1 cup Ice
  • ¼ cup Fresh mint leaves
  • cups Coconut water
  • 2 cups Water
  • ½ cup Honey
  • Pinch of salt optional

Instructions

  • Peel 5 lemons and place them in a high-speed blender.
  • Wash and scrub 1 lemon very well (keep the peel on) and add it to the blender.
  • Add ice, mint leaves, coconut water, water, honey, and a pinch of salt (if using).
  • Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until smooth and frothy. Pour over ice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lemons, not bottled juice, for the best flavor and to get the most benefit.
Scrub the lemon peel well—this adds a zesty punch but only if it’s clean and pesticide-free.
Chill before serving if you're making it ahead. The flavor gets even better after sitting in the fridge.
Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness after blending—lemons vary!
Serve over lots of ice for an extra refreshing experience.
