S'mores Bark

Ingredients

  • 1 package Graham crackers 9 whole cookies
  • cups Mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven's broiler setting. Then, spray parchment paper with cooking oil spray.
  • Break the graham crackers into small, bite-sized pieces by splitting them in half and then half again and once again.
  • Place the mini marshmallows on top of the graham cracker pieces.
  • Place the graham crackers and marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Broil the graham crackers and marshmallows in the oven for a few minutes, or until they are lightly browned. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning.
  • While the graham crackers and marshmallows are in the oven, melt the chocolate chips.
  • Once the graham crackers and marshmallows are lightly browned, remove them from the oven.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and marshmallows on the baking sheet.
  • Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the graham crackers and marshmallows.
  • Allow the bark to cool until it hardens. Once the bark has cooled and hardened, break it into pieces and enjoy your delicious graham cracker bark!

Notes

#1: You can melt chocolate using a microwave or a double boiler.
#2: To speed up the process, you can place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
#3: Remember to be cautious while broiling and handling hot ingredients.
