Ingredients 

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoom All spice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions
