Ultimate Beef Shawarma Sandwich Secrets
To start off with the choice of meat, you can use any cut you prefer in preparing your shawarma. Some of my favorite types to use are skirt steak or filet mignon. The meat will be heavily marinated regardless, so it will definitely pack a lot of flavor.
However, make sure your meat cut has plenty of fat in it. Any fat will enhance the flavor of your shawarma and elevate it to the next level. That way, you’ll enjoy a greatly juicy and tender ultimate beef shawarma sandwich.
Now, for cutting the meat, make sure to cut your meat into 1 inch strips. You don’t want your cuts to be too small and thin or else they will not be as moist as we want them to be and would dry out. And if your cuts are too large, the meat would not cook well enough or would take too long.
For serving your beef shawarma, you can have it as a pita bread wrap or sandwich, which is the most common way it is served. Don’t forget to pack in lots of tasty toppings along with the beef and your tahini sauce!
You can also choose to serve your beef shawarma as a plate, with some French fries or rice! Serving it over a salad bowl loaded with your favorite toppings is also another way that is gaining quite a lot of traction! Pick your favorite serving method and be assured that it is gonna taste great regardless!

In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika and seven spices and set this bowl aside.
Continue by preheating a large skillet over medium heat, adding olive oil. Cook the onions and peppers, until vegetables are tender. Then add the meat strips and cook for about 3 minutes.
