Filet mignon or skirt steak
Green, orange or red peppers
Apple cider vinegar
Ground black pepper
In a small bowl, mix tahini paste, water, lemon and salt.
Cut skirt steak or filet mignon into 1 inch strips.
In a bowl mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika and seven spices.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook the onions and peppers, until tender
Then add the meat strips and cook for about 3 minutes.
Cast Iron Pan
Pour over the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes until meat is cooked.
Remove from heat, taste then add spice if needed. Drain any water in the skillet.
Assemble wrap starting with the beef shawarma, and then toppings of choice.
Fold in your wrap from left to right then roll tightly.
Toast on a panini press or griddle until bread is golden.
