Cauliflower Tahini Bake is a unique recipe that is made with baked cauliflower, potatoes and seasoned chicken then topped with a garlic tahini sauce! Some might not be unfamiliar with this dish but it sure will satisfy you!

Cauliflower is often an underrated veggie. You may not know it, but there is more to eating this vegetable than meets the eye. It’s actually quite easily adaptable to many dishes. It’s a great way to get in “good” carbs without all the added sugars.

There are different ways to enjoy cauliflower with tahini and one of my favorites is whole roasted cauliflower tahini! This recipe here tastes similar but it is a dismantled cauliflower with hearty ingredients like potatoes and chicken that upgrade it!

Cauliflower tahini bake has been remade tens of times, taken from my Instagram feed. Every single remake has been sent to me with extremely positive feedback and satisfied followers. If there was a recipe you should save, this would be it!

The steps to prepare this dish:

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Cube the potatoes into medium sized cubes. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping once then broil on high until golden brown
  3. Cube the chicken and sauté with some olive oil and add salt, garlic powder. and black pepper for about 6-7 minutes or until cooked. 
  4. In a medium sized Pyrex, add the baked cauliflower, potatoes and cooked chicken. Drizzle the tahini sauce all over. 
  5. Garnish with toasted nuts and minced parsley. 

The list of ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 5 large russet potatoes
  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • a teaspoon black pepper
  • salt to taste

Tahini Sauce

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup tahini paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 8 garlic cloves minced
  • salt to taste

Cauliflower Tahini Bake

Ingredients 

  • 1 cauliflower head

    This cauluflower recipe was a last minute addition to dinner .I was cooking for my family and it ended up being the biggest hit despite being the simplest dish I made! Definitely going to add it to our dinner rotation!
