Turkey and Mac Sandwich Leftovers – Thanksgiving leftovers is the best way to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner all over again, but, in a sandwich! This is a great way to add in the favored and must have sides the next day. Who wouldn’t love to indulge in it all in one bite?!

My kids really enjoyed these sandwiches. I mean who doesn’t love mac and cheese any way they are served! So, if you have littles ones like I do, or teens who are picky about having leftovers the next day… this is you best solution! Try it out!

The steps to prepare

The first thing you want to make sure of is to reheat the left overs. In a small pot add the leftover turkey, mac and cheese and corn to reheat with 3 tablespoons of water while covered. Stir until they are warm.

Warm up the mashed potatoes as well in a different pot since you will be topping the sandwich with mashed potatoes. Unless, you want to get all excited and just add the mashed potatoes in there as well!!! Why not?
