Follow These Simple Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 350°F.

Second, in a medium size pan, add 5 tablespoons of olive oil (or oil of choice) on medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion, celery, potato, carrot and rosemary stick. Sauté for about 5 minutes, or until the veggies are slightly cooked.
