  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • 2 tbsp dried mint
  • 2 tbsp zaatar spice
  • ¼ tbsp seven spices
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
  • tbsp salt

Fattoush Salad INgredients

  • 1 heart Romaine lettuce
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 3 cucumbers
  • green onion
  • 4 radishes , sliced
  • 1 cup mixed peppers, cubed
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
