Easy Shrimp Stir-Fry Ingredients
- Stir-fry vegetable blend OR (even amounts of green beans, sliced yellow carrots, diced onions, sliced peppers, water chestnuts, broccoli, and baby corn)
- Sesame oil
- Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- Vermicelli rice noodles
For the Sauce:
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Starch
- Sesame seeds (divided)
- Ginger, grated
- Garlic cloves, minced
- White pepper or black pepper
Steps to Prep
Cook the vermicelli rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain them and set them aside.

- 1 knob Ginger, grated
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, divided
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- ½ cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4½ ounces Vermicelli rice noodles, long white rice noodles
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 4 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 1½ tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon White pepper or black pepper
For the Sauce
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Starch
- 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds, divided
