To stay alert and healthy throughout the day, we all need fuel. A healthy and well-balanced diet is essential for us, as well as our children’s healthy growth and development. Snack time is an excellent opportunity to introduce fruits and vegetables into our diet.
Children’s stomachs are smaller than adults’, so they are less likely to eat enough at meals to keep them full and energized until the next mealtime, so snack time is a great way for parents to get those extra nutrients.

How to Make Our Kids Eat Healthier?
Children may be picky eaters, but recent studies found that how food is presented to them has a significant impact on the food they choose to eat. Children prefer more visual variety on their plates, whether it’s different colors or ingredients shaped into different shapes and designs.
