Thousand Island is a tangy sauce just like in n out’s, but these two are actually different. In N Out sauce has a thinner consistency than Thousand Island which is usually on the spicy side too.

Can I make the sauce vegan or dairy-free?

Yes, you can make a vegan or dairy-free version of the In-N-Out sauce by using vegan mayonnaise or a plant-based alternative. Ensure that all the other ingredients you use are also vegan or dairy-free.

Can I freeze the sauce for longer storage?

It is not recommended to freeze the In-N-Out sauce, as mayonnaise-based sauces tend to separate and lose their texture when thawed. It is best to make smaller batches and store them in the refrigerator for shorter-term use.
