Why Love Tacos

There’s One for Everyone

Tacos are quite versatile and allow you to choose your preferred sort of meat. Of course, they can also be made with fish and other seafood that satisfy pescetarians.

Vegans can adhere to their dietary limitations by substituting meat or fish for a basis of beans, potatoes, or rice.

They’re also simple to make gluten-free. Instead of tortillas, you can use hard corn shells or lettuce wraps.

Tips for the Viral Smashed Taco Recipe

Make use of flour tortillas. Corn tortillas will also work, but not as well. When the meat is seared, it sticks better to the flour tortillas and may be folded more quickly afterward. Look for flour tortillas that are approximately the same size as a regular corn tortilla.

When you begin, have everything ready, particularly the tortillas, as the meat will sear quickly. Sour cream, shredded lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes should all be placed in small bowls.

These tacos cannot be stored once assembled, but the ground beef mixture and toppings can! They’re ideal for weekday lunches and quick dinners. For up to 5 days, refrigerate everything in individual glass bowls or airtight containers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):

  1. There is a glitch in this recipe. The ingredients don’t call for onions, but the instructions do.. So how do you know how much to add?
