First, in a large bowl, stir together the bouillon cubes and hot water until all is dissolved. Pour in 2 cups of milk and 1 egg, and whisk well.
Next, peel and cut potatoes into wedges, then place them into the bowl of milk to soak for about 20 minutes. Once the time is up, drain and place in the same bowl again.
Then, in another small bowl, combine the flour and spices listed, and slowly sprinkle onto the drained potatoes. Keep tossing until you’ve added in all the spice mix and everything is properly coated.
Finally, place the seasoned potatoes on a prepared baking sheet, drizzle some olive oil, and bake at 400 °F for about 35 minutes, or until your potato wedges are golden crisped and soft on the inside.
