    Frequently Asked Questions

Can I fry my potato wedges instead of baking?

Although my recipe is a healthier take on the famous side dish, you can absolutely fry your potato wedges if you prefer. Coat your wedges in the dry mixture after replacing your ¼ cup of flour with a full cup, then fry until golden.

How do I store and reheat my potato wedges?

Place your leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. To reheat, place them in the oven for a few minutes.

Can I use an Air Fryer instead of the oven?

Sure you can. Place your potato wedges in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Don’t overcrowd your Air Fryer to attain a nice crispy layer.
