    Chocolate Parfait Fluff

    Dessert for breakfast anyone? Well this isn’t any plain old dessert! The Chocolate Parfait Fluff is that dessert that can take on many shapes and forms. Create the parfait as a quick breakfast fix or to show off your sweet skills to friends. When you’re craving something sweet, come back to this one and thank me later!

    Creamy, dreamy, and satisfying to the tummy!

    Ingredients:

    • plain Greek yogurt
    • vanilla extract
    • cacao
    • honey
    • granola, chia seed, and hempseed
    • fruit toppings of your choice

    Why choose Chocolate Parfait Fluff over other desserts?

    • it’s such a light dessert; not like desserts that practically make you nauseous once you’ve put down your spoon
    • requires a super short prep time in contrast to other desserts of its caliber
    • you can play around with what you add to the parfait or top it with
    • it’s a great way to get in your seeds and granola for a more satisfying breakfast or dessert
    • the yogurt base is a much healthier option than vanilla or heavy cream bases like other parfait recipes
    • it’s a definite crowd pleaser

    • whisk in one circular motion at a semi-quick to quick pace
    • the more you can whisk, the fluffier the parfait
    • use dark chocolate with at least 55% cocoa for a heavier chocolatey result
    • add a teaspoon of coffee into the mix if you want a caffeine fix with your dessert
    • store in the refrigerator up to 5-6 days
    • get creative with your toppings

    A perfect pick me up healthy breakfast ON THE GO!  Make it ahead of time and you are golden!  Top it with your favorite fruit, granola, and plant based seeds like chia, flax, or pumpkin.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 ¼ tablespoons cacao
    • 3 tablespoons honey
    • ½ cup granola + chia seed + hempseed toppings

    Toppings

    • Fruit of choice like strawberries, mango, berries

    Instructions
     

    • In a bowl add the greek yogurt, vanilla, cacao, honey then whisk until fluffy.  Fold in the granola.  Makes 2 servings!  Top with your favorite fruit, more granola and a sprinkle of chia seed
