Ingredients:
- plain Greek yogurt
- vanilla extract
- cacao
- honey
- granola, chia seed, and hempseed
- fruit toppings of your choice
Why choose Chocolate Parfait Fluff over other desserts?
- it’s such a light dessert; not like desserts that practically make you nauseous once you’ve put down your spoon
- requires a super short prep time in contrast to other desserts of its caliber
- you can play around with what you add to the parfait or top it with
- it’s a great way to get in your seeds and granola for a more satisfying breakfast or dessert
- the yogurt base is a much healthier option than vanilla or heavy cream bases like other parfait recipes
- it’s a definite crowd pleaser
Tips and Tricks:
- whisk in one circular motion at a semi-quick to quick pace
- the more you can whisk, the fluffier the parfait
- use dark chocolate with at least 55% cocoa for a heavier chocolatey result
- add a teaspoon of coffee into the mix if you want a caffeine fix with your dessert
- store in the refrigerator up to 5-6 days
- get creative with your toppings
