The Perfect Dessert After a Dinner Party!

Creamy, dreamy, and satisfying to the tummy!

Why choose Chocolate Parfait Fluff over other desserts

We can all get a little bored with your run-of-the-mill breakfast options. But a recipe like this will definitely brighten things up.

Had a hard day at work with no time for lunch? Don’t fret with this beauty waiting to be eaten in your fridge as soon as you get home. This decadent, yet satisfying cup of chocolatey love will be the perfect start or end to any day!

It’s such a perfect light dessert; not like desserts that practically make you nauseous once you’ve put down your spoon.

It requires a super short prep time in contrast to other desserts of its caliber.

You can play around with what you add to the parfait or top it with. It’s a great way to get in your seeds and granola for a more satisfying breakfast or dessert.

The yogurt base is a much healthier option than vanilla or heavy cream bases like other parfait recipes.

It’s a Definite Crowd Pleaser!

Get Creative With Your Toppings

Prepare a different bowl of chocolate parfait fluff each time with different toppings. Here are some creative ideas.

For choco lovers, check this out! After you add the fruits, you can drizzle some melted chocolate or chocolate sauce. Add a dollop of chocolate mousse. Decorate your bowl with a sprinkle of chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips.

Do you like a nice crunch? Add some toasted and chopped almonds, hazelnuts, or pecan for an extra delicious nutty flavor.

The best part of chocolate parfait is adding fresh fruits. Add in your favorite fresh berries, slices of bananas, cherries, or any other fruits you prefer.

For an extra creamy decadent touch, use an electric mixer to bring heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks. Then, add a dollop on top of the parfait and enjoy the fluff! A spoonful of cool whip is a delicious addition as well.

For a fun twist, sprinkle some crushed Oreo cookies or any biscotti you like.

For extra fluff, add some marshmallow fluff on top of the chocolate parfait. Or you can put some mini marshmallows on top and toast them with the kitchen torch. It is similar to a s’ mores parfait recipe.

Tips and Tricks for a Delicious Parfait

Whisk in one circular motion at a semi-quick to quick pace. The more you can whisk, the fluffier the parfait.

Use dark chocolate with at least 55% cocoa for a heavier chocolatey result. Add a teaspoon of coffee into the mix if you want a caffeine fix with your dessert.

Don’t leave your parfait at room temperature. Cover the bowl with plastic bags and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5-6 days.

Mix the ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Then, you can layer your chocolate parfait fluff in a small bowl for serving. You can also prepare it in mason jars for individual servings or to take them to work or on a picnic.
