Steps To Prep
First, in a medium skillet on medium heat, sear the cubed chicken with olive oil, stirring continuously for about eight minutes or until the chicken has cooked.
Once the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat and drain out any excess water. Keep the chicken in the skillet.
Now, in a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, white vinegar, ketchup, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and chopped parsley.
After that, slice open your sub bread, this is an optional stop, but I remove the bread on the inside just slightly. Spread about one to two tablespoons of garlic sauce, add some of the cooked chicken, and then add the desired toppings.
Finally, toast your sub and enjoy it warm!

- 3 tablespoons ketchup

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ bunch parsley, finely chopped

- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅕ teaspoon salt

- Tomato, sliced

- lettuce, shredded
Instructions
