Garlic Butter Rice Recipe Ingredients
Rice: I recommend using long grain rice for the best results. You could also use Basmati or Jasmine rice.
Water: In this recipe I use water, however, you can substitute vegetable or chicken broth. Make sure to use low sodium broth or your rice will be too salty.
Butter: I use unsalted butter. If you’re using salted butter, make sure to just cut back slightly on salt added.
Olive Oil: Adds flavor to your rice.
Garlic: Garlic is the key ingredient in this rice recipe. Feel free to use more or less garlic according to your personal preferences.
Bouillon Cube: Adding a bouillon cube will give the dish more flavor. If you’re vegetarian, use a vegetarian bouillon cube.
Salt: to taste
Parsley: Add some parsley on top for garnish (optional). Dried parsley ca be used in place of fresh, just use a teaspoon.
