Hi Eunice! I wouldn’t use regular cooking oil. I would use avocado oil or none at all. Just add a little peanut butter to the chocolate chips when you microwave them. The oil from the peanut butter will do!
YUM. 2nd time making these, and I added 1 tbsp. of desiccated coconut into the chocolate mix this time. Currently in the fridge to harden up.
