If you decide to make grilled corns in the oven, turn broil on high. Put the corns in a pan and then place on the middle level rack of your oven. After that, broil for about 5 minutes on each side or until charred to your liking.
Also, add more hot chili sauce and butter in case you prefer extra spicy flavor.

Steps to Prep
Start off to peel then place corns on cobs in boiling water for about 15 minutes on medium low heat.
Once cooked, remove from the water then grill on either a stove top grill pan, outdoors grill, or in the oven.
For stove top, heat your grill pan on high for a few minutes then lower to medium low. Place and grill the corn for about 3 minutes or more on each side until they are charred to your liking.
For grilling in the oven, turn broil on high. Place the corn on the cob in a pan then place on the middle level rack of your oven. Broil for about 5 minutes on each side or until charred to your liking.
Once grilled, place soft butter on hot corns and rub it all around to coat. Sprinkle cajun, paprika and parmesan all around then garnish with fresh chopped parsley or dried parsley like I did.
