  • 1 Immersion Blender

Ingredients 

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt, optional

Instructions 

  • Drop the egg in a mason jar. Then add the mustard, lemon juice and avocado oil.
  • Use an immersion blender and blend on turbo from the start. And wait for the mixture to emulsify.
  • Keep blending on high speed, and make sure that everything has blended well.
